          Buffalo Sports respects the privacy of every individual who visits our website. This Privacy Policy outlines the information Buffalo Sports may collect and how we may use that information. 


         Buffalo Sports will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address (“personal data”) through our websites unless you have provided it to us voluntarily. If you do not want your personal data collected, please do not submit it to us.

         When you do provide us with personal data, we may use that information in the following ways, unless stated otherwise: we may store and process that information to better understand your needs and how we can improve our products and services; we may use that information to contact you. We do not now and do not intend to sell, rent or market personal data about you to third parties. 


          Buffalo Sports has no intention of collecting any personal data from individuals under thirteen years of age. Where appropriate, the Company will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on our websites and/or will take reasonable steps to ensure parental consent to such submission. Parents should be aware that Buffalo Sports Privacy Policy will govern our use of personal data, but that information which is voluntarily given by children -- or others -- in chat sessions, e-mail exchanges, bulletin boards or the like may be used by other parties to generate unsolicited mail. Buffalo Sports encourages all parents to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of their personal data while using the Internet.

        Buffalo Sports reserves the right to reject any order or cancel any order (after acceptance) for any reason. If Buffalo Sports rejects or cancels any order, we will endeavor to advise you as soon as possible. We accept no liability for any orders rejected or cancelled by us. Once an order is accepted by Buffalo Sports, it may not be cancelled by you unless Buffalo Sports notifies you in writing.


        We reserve the right to modify or change product specifications. We do this in order to improve our product range and availability. This will only be done when we consider the alternate product to be equal or better in performance and suitability. From time to time products may not exactly match photographs on our website. Every product is intended for use only for the activity described. Products to be used by children should only be used under proper adult supervision. The selection and suitability of items to be used by children remains at the discretion of the purchaser. To the extent permitted by law, Buffalo Sports will not be liable to you for any loss (including any consequential loss), damage, injury or death resulting from the purchase of or use of any product supplied by Buffalo Sports. Any person using our products does so at their own risk and must ensure that they use proper care when setting up and using the products. Buffalo Sports gives no warranty that any particular product ordered is suitable for specific needs. To the extent permitted by law, Buffalo Sports liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind is reduced to the extent that you have caused or contributed to the loss or damage.


                    All custom orders are manufactured under the assumption that the person ordering them has the authority and permission from the owner of any registered trademarks. We reserve the right to use images of any custom made products for advertising or promotion in any printed or digital media.


        If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to Buffalo Sports in its original condition and original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the product. The returned products may be exchanged or a credit note will be issued. We do not offer a refund for items incorrectly ordered or no longer required. A 15% restocking fee applies unless the product is faulty or does not conform to specifications. All returns must be authorised by Buffalo Sports. When you contact us a Return Authorisation Number will be issued. Any goods returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be accepted. Returns are to be made in accordance with the "Returning Goods Form" that is available online. Buffalo Sports will not accept product returns for custom made products, unless such custom made products are faulty, or do not conform to specifications. Freight charges on returns will not be credited. Also, freight will be charged when sending any exchanged products.


       If you receive a product that is faulty (or where the product is custom made and does not conform to specifications) contact us immediately to arrange free return delivery and an exchange, refund or credit to your account. All returns must be authorised by us. When you contact us a Return Authorisation Number will be issued and this will be needed to progress your claim. If you receive an order with shortages, contact us immediately to arrange for delivery of the product shortage. You will not be charged for the freight costs of products sent out short. Buffalo Sports will not accept returns for products that have been damaged after delivery. You must notify Buffalo Sports of any faults (or in the case of custom made products, non-conformance to specifications) within a reasonable time of delivery, provide full details of the fault along with the invoice number, and hold the products until they are returned.


        All images appearing on the website are the property of Skoolsport Equipment Pty Ltd. No images are to be reproduced, copy and pasted into other websites or used in any way without the strict signed approval beforehand. Images used without consent will result in legal action immediately. 


Any coupon codes do NOT apply to wholesale customers and will not be applied to wholesale orders under any circumstances.

12. Wholesale Customers

To qualify for wholesale pricing customers must meet a minimum spend of $10,000 per financial year. Wholesale customers that dont reach the figure will no longer be able to access wholesale pricing. Wholesale customers that do not keep their account up do date and have overdue accounts will immediately have their 30 day credit removed and be placed on a payment before shipping account.
