Tackle bags
Our tackle bags are built for repeated tackling practice across junior and senior training. Buffalo Sports offers 1.2 m, 1.5 m and 1.8 m options, with selected Deluxe models featuring high-density foam, webbing handles and waterproof-treated ripstop covers.
They give players a clear target to work on body position, approach and follow-through without needing to tackle another player on every rep.
Hit shields and bump pads
Hit shields are useful for drills that focus on controlled body contact. Available in different sizes and shapes, they can be used for tackling technique, hip-and-shoulder work, warm-ups and contact drills where a coach or teammate needs to absorb impact safely.
Selected shields use high-quality foam, ripstop covers and heavy-duty backstrap handles for a more secure hold during repeated use.
Marking and ruck bags
For aerial work, Buffalo Sports also stocks L-shaped marking bags and jumbo ruck bags. These give players a padded target to work against when practising contested marks, jumping and ruck technique.
