Returns Policy

Buffalo Sports endeavours to provide you with the best online experience, and it’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us, indicating the reason for the return and stating your email proof of purchase. This is simply to allow us to keep track of your details so we can best service your needs.


Buffalo Sports must be notified of the product issue within 7 days of the delivery date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). This does not of course mean you can’t try it on for size. Upon inspecting the returned item and being satisfied of the above mentioned conditions for return, Buffalo Sports will credit online purchases if the product(s) are not to the satisfaction of the purchaser.


Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer. The issue of a credit note for a replacement garment is not an absolute right and will not be made until the garment has been inspected by Buffalo Sports.


We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. Please use the most economical shipping method for your return.


Any goods returned due to wrong size ordered will attract an additional freight charge for new goods to be sent. Please pay close attention to sizes when ordering.
